haha I tried this! My friend told me Beyonce did it (!) so we decided to give it a go, I bought a huge bag of lemons, made the mix and forced down a third of a glass and was sick! It was rank. I think I made a cake with the rest of the lemons hahaha.

I did an exercise which involved sort of doing the plank but holding weights and lifting alternate arms (sorry I don't know the name) and I did it 36 times! I am so terrible at the plank and maybe 3-4 months ago couldn't do it for 10 seconds nevermind one handed!

i'm north east of scotland! But it was someone I knew when I lived in Edinburgh so obviously it was only an hours drive from there, which is significantly less than you! Hope you found something? x

I am! June 7th 2014 so only 3 months! I want to lose at least 1 stone by my hen weekend (2 months away) and another half a stone at least after that before the wedding. Honeymoon is the day after and we are going to Ibiza- I am a bikini-phobe so this is a HUGE deal to me haha xxxx

I think you just soak them overnight then heat them in the morning- there will be instructions on the pack. I like them as a heavy breakfast that will keep me fuller for longer, you can add bananas, raisins, jam, sweetener.
