I also log everything and eat lots of greens usually in the form of a smoothie, mostly paleo, clean and organic. P.S. I use a greens powder as well as either spinach or kale in my breakfast smoothie.

You could check out TACFIT, see if one of their exercise plans works for you. I would really suggest doing Yoga at least once a week as well.
