I was on Celexa...put one some weight. Now I'm on Prozac.

Ditto. Since my route takes me away from home and it takes a good 30 mins to drive home I tend to keep a protein bar, nuts or even pack a protein shake for after. Something to keep my stomach at bay until I get a proper meal in.

For the longest time I thought the same way. I didn't date for 6 years because I wasn't convinced love wasn't just something we has emotional creatures made up in our head and it's all psychological. Prior to that I've been in my share of relationships that lasted years, kept waiting for something, anything...that signaled…

Such a precious baby.

Oh my gosh! That face. <3

I've had asthma since I was about 11 years old, it's not as bad now and mostly just triggered by allergies (spring is such a joy...), but I'm a long distant runner. I find your body will adapt over time.
-
Yep. Addicted and I'm pretty sure I know a handful of ppl on MFP who've been Catfished and probably aren't aware of it.

I'm 5'2" and down to 106.6 lbs, it's possible, but I'd focus more on measurements than scale numbers cause that's deceptive. Even at my weight I have belly fat (as in pinchable fat), but very lean everywhere else.

Workout...a lot. Listen to a lot of angry chick music and run. Then watch all the sappy chick flicks that I normally don't enjoy just to get all the crying out of the way and then find some way to get my aggression out.

Love! And love that phone case.

^ Yep. Like every few hours. Not just cravings, actual hunger so I tried to keep healthy snacks around til I get to have a proper meal.
-
Ditto. Or make a good living from home so I can work wherever and travel the world.

My body has adapted, just in time for fall... The heat and humidity doesn't bother me anymore and I've been packing frozen water bottles. They melt as I run so I can get in 13-14 miles before all my bottles are melted and the water gets warm.
-
Haha nope. They're actually lighter, it's just dark and blah in the newsroom, cause I work in hell. And you are a knockout. So jelly of that core strength.

You're beautiful! And how do you get your headband to stay on?

Texan...but not currently in Texas. *cries*

I have my moments. I'm not where I want to be but looking back I try to remember how far I've come. Sometimes you just gotta slap your own booty, and give yourself a wink in the mirror and say, "Look, at that sexy beast." lol

I second the above posts about a program. I know what it's like to be eager and wanna just jump into it at 1000% but take it easy and gradually move up on your mileage so you don't injure yourself. It takes some time to get your body acclimated. I used to think a mile or two was tough, now I'm running 4-5 days a week, min.…

Running. I run outdoors, keeps me visually stimulated so I don't realize how much running sucks.

5'2", currently sitting at 108 lbs. size 0 in pants/jeans (US) and 2 in dress, sometimes smaller, depending on the brand. 34-23/24 - 34.

Love JM!I have several of her videos but my favorite is 30 Day Shred. I've completed it several times.
-
LOL that's exactly how I feel.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll just keep at it and try not to push myself too hard. Last evening I made it almost 3 miles and then started getting dizzy. I was sipping Gatorade but that didn't seem to help. I haven't been too focused on my pace because of the heat, just trying to get through a run for as long as I can…

Yes, I've done two half marathons. And my short run are usually 7-9 miles, but lately it's been horrible. Not too new. I've started running races about a year and half ago, done several small races and two halfs. But I've taken several week long breaks for vacation so that could also be a factor. It just sucks.

I second this. I'm on Prozac but starting to wean myself off of it after about 3 years. It's one of those things where if you think about it too much you start to psych yourself out. It's not something you really grow out of it, you just learn to manage it over time...usually.
-
Yep. Got so bad after I started working my current job (newspaper) and after trying more natural routes I talked to my doctor about medication. Took two tries but I'm on Prozac and feel like a "normal" functioning person. But with my life falling into place, and working out on a regular basis I feel like I can start…
