Really good advice everyone, thanks. I went with the egg white omelette and tonnes of veggies. Yum :) I plan on some exercise soon so that should be ok :)

Thanks everyone! I've been a bit of a yo-yoer with my weight. Lost about 20 pounds when I was a teenager but put it all back on during my final year of secondary school. Slowly got down to my current weight. I don't feel 'fat' anymore but I do feel chubby so every pound I lose is a bonus to me :)
