I'm eating healthy (I refuse to say I'm on a diet) after a heart-wrenching intervention from my daughters. They lost one parent to smoking, and they don't want to lose another from years of self-indulgence. And even though I want to lose more than 100 lbs, after one week my clothes are looser, I have more energy, and my mood is happier. I could use some friends along the way as I know there will be times when I'm ready to give up. My life has been a pattern of yo-yo diets and weight fluctuations and I've always eventually ended up heavier than before. But I swear not this time. I want to be in good enough shape to take my new (first) grandbaby to Disney World some day.

Good luck getting back on track. Doesn't it feel better eating well? Thanks for the support.
