  • I agree with the vitimans, and always take multi, b12 and iron and just began vitamin D,,,,though excising makes me feel a little less tired through out the day....however I do become very irritable easy,, less patient and a little forgetful....I think that has something to do with nutrient ,,,or maybe just old age.
