Hi ladies! I'm 38 and pregnant with my first child due in September. I lost my last baby girl at 17 weeks so am super cautious this time around and praying for the best. So far I have lost weight due to morning sickness so I can't wait for that to be over! I look forward to getting to know you all.

I love stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon, crunchy cauliflower bites coated in almond meal, chicken parmigiana using pork rinds, parmesan & almond meal for the coating, lemon no bake cheesecake, chocolate mousse, nachos with fathead chips, cheese taco shells and stuffed mushrooms!

I don't eat much fruit. But berries, avocado and cherry tomatoes are about it.

Mmmmm mushrooms in butter is so good! I use big portabellos for buns and also stuff them with garlic and cream cheese. Yum!

Mushrooms, brussel sprouts, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. Yep that's about it :)

I snack on olives, gherkins, cheese, boiled eggs, jerky, tuna, peanut butter. If you are hungry then eat and if not then don't. It will all even out eventually.

You don't need to eat high fat. Up your protein and drop down fat macros. If you are starving then eat! Eggs are great, make an omelette with cheese and some veges. Eat until you are satiated. No point being hungry as that is a recipe for disaster.

Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon! Almond coated roasted crispy cauliflower bites. Prawn and bacon creamy fettuccine (konjac), tacos using cheese shells, bacon cheese burger with fathead bun, pizza....mmmm hungry now

Oh yes I should add make sure it is unsweetened almond milk. The brand I have is like 1g carb for 300ml. Awesome!

I have a double shot espresso with almond milk and stevia. It is delicious!

Canned tuna or chicken, nuts, pork rinds, a jar of olives maybe, seed crackers, cheese whisps, make your own protein bars with nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, maybe boiled eggs left in shell so you could at least have them the first day, avocado, cherry tomatoes, peanut butter. Hmmm that's all I can think of right now :D

The ones I buy are not refrigerated. Usually with the international foods in my supermarket.

I do keto and some days do 16:8 and others just eat OMAD then I do random 24 hour fasts. I just go with how my body feels each day :-)

I love eggs. I have at least 1-2 a day. Usually boiled or poached on keto toast. We are getting chickens in a few days which I am excited about!

I stay between 20-30g net. For me the appetite suppression is amazing and I really need that.

I use konjac fettuccine with either shrimp or chicken and make a creamy sauce, it soaks up the flavours of what you cook it with. I only stir fry it and I really enjoy it. There are different brands so try a few and see which is the best.
