Tonight for dinner we had: Pan cooked smoked haddock fillets, spiralised courgette and carrot cheese bake, and steamed egg custards with spinach.
Forgot to use my new 'phone. I've been without one for so long I need to get used to having one again!

Salmon, cauliflower mac and cheese, and green beans.
Can you share your recipe for cauliflower mac and cheese?! I recently discovered mashed cauliflower and I'm obsessed. I had salmon, green beans, and mashed cauliflower for dinner tonight actually! (no pics - sorry!)1 -

Not the prettiest meal, but this is from last night. Sauteed boneless skinless chicken thighs and seasoned collard greens.

Thanks for the food ideas... The look delicious0

I was feeling fancy today, so I made up a little steak tartare for dinner.
It's a pretty simple recipe actually. No cooking obviously, but some knife work required, to cut the steak up finely.

Easiest and tastiest pizza I’ve ever made.
The crust is just sausage. Like in the roll, breakfast type sausage. I pressed it into my cast iron skillet and up the sides so that when it shrank down it would still fill the skillet. Baked it on 375, 400... something like that until done then topped.
This one has bacon and pepperoni.
So good! The slices hold up to picking up like normal pizza.
I may blend ground chicken and sausage next time just to see how that is because I also like to make a chicken crust with ground chicken and Parmesan but it can be a little dry. Adding sausage would help that a lot I think.10 -
@Sunny_Bunny_ omg that looks amazing! I need to try it that way 😊1

My lovely daughter came over and kicked my chicken wings up to the next notch by adding Parmesan cheese at the end of their roasting time. Roasted in butter with garlic. Mmmm.

Made the Magic Rolls tonight for “braut buns” work great! Two carbs each (brauts have more carbs than the buns!)0

Sure, http://www.findingradiance.com/2011/02/24/magic-rolls-eades-low-carb-comfort-foods/
I use a scant 1/4 c flour, and I reworked the data for 9 Rolls not 12 - they still come in around 2 carbs each!1 -
@GammieLCHF - Thanks! I will post a picture after I make them sometime this weekend!0
