If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. You get back exactly what you put in. Put in work. She believed she could, so she did. She was unstoppable, not because she didn't have failures or doubts, but because she continued on despite them.

I'm 5'7", large framed. 145-155 is a really good weight range for me.

Log it, move on. Don't beat yourself up over it. I've had days where I've gone over (by a lot more than 350), and the next day I just get back on track. I make sure I get in a good workout the next day, but that's about all I do to "make up" for it.

I really like the Nike run app.

I've lost 88lbs so far (16-20 more to go). I have gone from a 42E to a 32D. I'm hoping they end up no bigger than a C when I'm done.

Quest are the only ones I've tried that I can stand. Cookies and cream and white chocolate raspberry are my favourites.

I agree with #2 for sure. I had major issues with emotional eating, and I worked extremely hard at conquering that, and that has been one of the biggest factors in my weight loss success. #4 as well...I took up running and love it. I enjoy it, it's good for me, it allows me to eat more, and it is a stress reliever. So for…

I work a desk job. I have an ergonomic keyboard and a good chair...but I slouch a bit and cross my legs. It's comfy though! I get up regularly to walk around. The bathroom is quite far from my desk, and I drink a lot of water, so that helps. And I work out everyday on my lunch break (we have a free gym here).

This is exactly why I am the only one who can see my diary. Unless I was specifically asked, I would never comment on someone else's. It blows my mind that people would do that.

I gained 60lbs with my first pregnancy (and was big to begin with). I lost 25 of that with childbirth and within the first 2 weeks afterwards. It took me almost 2 years to lose the rest, just in time to get pregnant with baby #2, then gained 55lbs with that pregnancy. The first year and a half after having my second child,…

It's kind of hard to say since clothing sizes vary so much! But I'm 5'7" and 175lbs. I would say size 12 pants, size M or L tops. I am an "hourglass" shape, but slightly more bottom heavy.

I have a Fitbit One and absolutely love it. I had a Flex, but didn't like having one on my wrist, so I switched to a One. What I like about Fitbit is that you can have challenges with other Fitbit friends. I'm in a Workweek hustle challenge every week, and it is very motivating. At the end of the day, if motivation and…

My *kitten* went flat too! Lol

-Have realistic expectations. The weight will take time to come off. -Choose a plan/strategy that is sustainable for you long term. -No matter what, don't give up. You may have weeks where you eat according to plan and work your butt off, yet don't lose any weight. It happens, it's part of the process. Just keep going.…

No date for me.

The time is going to pass no matter what, so why not spend it getting healthy? It's tough when you have a lot to lose...I started out needing to lose 104lbs to get to a healthy BMI. It's daunting, it's intimidating. But what's the alternative? You stay the way you are, or perhaps get bigger even. Try breaking it up into…

Absolutely.

I've already posted one, but I took the bottom one this morning and had to share!! So proud.

Awesome!!! I'm working towards a half marathon and you're so inspirational :)

November 2014 I weighed 251.2lbs. My bad knee hurt so much that it would keep me up at night. I could only walk and do the elliptical for exercise. I stress ate like it was my job. I felt lost when it came to losing the weight, and felt trapped in my own body. Now, I weigh 177.2lbs, 74lbs less (and I actually gained 12lbs…

You have not "failed" unless you've given up.

Salt, pepper, sometimes garlic powder. If I'm feeling really adventurous, I like mixing minced garlic with brown sugar and rubbing it on the steak.

I'm 5'7". I started out at 263lbs, and was eating 1800 calories. After I'd lost about 75lbs, I lowered it to between 1600-1700. I'm at 86.6lbs down and counting. I don't pay as much attention to my macros, though I do try to get in as much protein as possible, and usually end up at around 100g per day.

I'm 5'7", and while I'm not at goal yet, I'm getting pretty close. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, but especially in the last 10 years, particularly since I had kids. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food, and just felt lost when it came to weight loss, and felt trapped in my body. But I woke…

Exercise is amazing for mental health. Not a cure-all of course, but helps immensely.
-
I exercise because it's good for my health, physical and mental. And because it allows me to eat more.

Thank you!!!
