Down 100lbs!!
I just had to share. As of this morning, I'm down 100lbs! I started at 263.8lbs on January 5, 2015 and this morning I weighed in at 163.6lbs. The comparison pic is from January, I was at 94lbs down...but I don't think there's really much visual change so I haven't done a new one.

Sweatband Question
I'm not sure if this is the best section for this question but I wasn't sure where to put it. Ever since I had my second baby, I sweat a lot when working out. A LOT. I hate it. Fitbit keeps losing connection
Help! I bought a Fitbit One. It said there was an update available. I tried to update it from my iphone but over an hour later it wasn't done (and it said it would take 5-10 minutes). On my computer, it will try, then says the connection to the tracker was lost. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm getting so frustrated.

Yesterday I was out with my family and they decided to have lunch at a Chinese food buffet. What do you do with places like that? Very…

Getting past the "all or nothing" mentality
Hi everyone. I've been around (off and on) for awhile but have mostly been a lurker. I'm really trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle and lose weight permanently. I have lost and gained, lost and gained several times in the last 10 years - my highest loss being 63lbs. I'm currently the heaviest I have ever been (other than…
