  • Congratulations! I will be running my first 10k in 2 weeks time. A half marathon sounds great, but it will take loads more time and practice to get to that level, so as a mini goal, why don't you do another 10k but aim to improve your time to under an hour?   • How old is the baby? Is s/he part weaned? I am bf a 5 month old and would add 500 calories on for that but that is the babe's sole source of nutrition.
