I lost quite a bit last year on that plan- but then gained it back far too easily in "maintenance" mode!

I use my exercise calories as "fun calories". The more I burn, the more tasty snacks I get to eat (if I'm hungry). I only eat when I'm hungry and only eat one serving. I try to choose things that may have more calories up front, but will keep me from being hungry longer!

In and out of teaching myself- just completed my Licensure in VT and am debating whether or not to pursue a career yet! Have a wonderful job doing something else, but once I have kids I know that time off in the summer is crucial! I also love gardening, quilting, costume making, crocheting etc. Friended!

I also use the no-poo method- It's been working for me for almost a year now. When I'm feeling like I want my hair to have a bit of that shampoo smell, I just add lavender or lemon oil to my vinegar rinse! Totally worth a shot, and not as gross as you might think!

5'7" and wear close to a size 14 right now- even though last year at the same weight (around 185) I wore a size 10/12! My super-pear shape has caught up with me- I measure 35" around the underbust and 47" around the hips! EEK!
