Well, I sort of let myself go again for a while from a long, deep depression. But I am up on my feet now and I'm ready to run and feel good about myself (despite being treated otherwise at work and at home).
Still wanting the goal of being able to dance and look good and also get fit with the boyfriend who will be NEEDS to get fit. And most of all, get healthy. I tend to go for low carb, lots of running and some lifting (Once I get a gym membership, it shall be something else).
Any other low-carb peeps out there in their 20's and above?

Feel free to add me- I have an open diary and try to comment of all my friends walls at least once a day! I'm 21 and have been away from MFP for a year as well- got to get back down to a reasonable weight!0

Add me too. I returned to MFP probably 5 times by now, every time with higher weight. I just opened up my diary, so you can see.
I started with a small local gym that only does personal training or semi private training groups. It's awesome. I feel like this time, is it.0 -
