  • Not until the end of the month. I litterally put in weights almost everyday, and a workout on the treadmill or elliptical everyday, and a kickboxing class Tuesdays and sometimes Thursday nights. I'm not hungry at all, and sit at about 1200 calories.
  • I bake my chicken in oven without oil...but I guess I could use olive oil to cook it. I don't use condiments of any kind. I only drink one to two glasses of 1%milk and only water. I don't use butter at all....
  • I cut my 1% milk intake to one or two glasses a day...from like five or six!! I love milk!! I've cut out all soda, and now just drink water.   • Make some protein shakes!! 1 1/2 scoops of whey protein powder, medium sized banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and a lil bit of non fat milk or soy milk.
  • I'm a horrible picky eater!!! I found that I can tolerate baby spinach and asparagus!! I put spinach in my salads and in my egg white omelet in the morning...you can't even taste it. Asparagus is so quick to make...ten minutes in pan with tablespoon of olive oil and ground pepper at 400...done!
  • An elliptical will tell you how much you burn....at zero resistance and 150 strides per minute for thirty minutes it's about 240 calories, but at five resistance it's over three hundred. All you have to do is change the calories burned to match what the machine said.
