thank you for sharing your experience...i do over do it with sodium....sometimes double the goal amount...i'll keep an eye on that too.

Yes, I weigh-in in the mornings and not wearing heavy clothing/slippers, etc., no food, just after using the washroom :))

Very good suggestion- to look at the calories per week instead of per day...then I wont be killing myself to burn it off. Thank you for giving a different perspective to looking at this...I am new to all of this, so I really appreciate it.

"In the middle of" meaning that I've done 3 sets: Elliptical Trainer 30 329 Elliptical Trainer 30 320 Elliptical Trainer 30 362 and on the laptop now, but will continue two more sets of 30 mins until i burn off the remainder of the 700+ calories...that's what I meant.
