I was burning around 450-550 for a 40 minute ride last summer, depending of the intensity, a 14 kilometer run I was averaging 22 km/h. Male, 37 y/o, 200 pounds.

Yes it's a shake, but it should not be counted as a protein shake; it's a meal replacement shake, it's my breakfast, that's why its calorie count is higher than normal protein shakes. Both of you are right, this is corrected. Still, if I look at the report journal of my logs, most of the time I'm under my protein goal, and…

.....it should be ...now.... :)

My diary should now be open, I haven't logged anything last week because I was away from home, but before that, the rest has been pretty accurate I think.

Well, it's not only a ''shake'', it's a meal-replacement shake, hence the high calories, which are not so high considering I could eat more than that in the morning without the benefits (protein, vitamins, etc...). It saves me a lot of time in the morning as well.

Usana Nutrimeal shakes are very good! Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla! A good start to any day, and they have low glycemic index which means you're not going to crave sweets all day long (it worked for me anyway).

I don't own one, but you might want to check the Polar FT80. It's more training oriented rather than running/walking. It has HRM, sleep monitor, calories burned...etc etc... I came very close to buy it, it looks great, and I think the features are awesome, I just didn't like the feel of the wristband on my arm. Looks like…

Good stuff, I especially enjoy the shakes, I have one every day for breakfast, it's quicker than having a ''traditionnal breakfast'' and I can enjoy it in the car or at work. Low glycemic index, prevents food cravings, it helped me a lot, I used to eat a lot a sugar and have lots of cravings, they're mostly gone now,…

I want to start the ''start Bodyweight'' program and stick to it!

Don't want to sound like a ***** but...can I try this with resistance bands? Given the fact that combining bands can equal to 100+ lbs? Has anyone tried?

You have no idea how this can be good, it's like heaven on a stick! I must insist on the REAL maple syrup part though...

I'm day 2 week 3 today and I must say that I love the workout. I am seeing a very light improvement in the way I'm doing the exercises but I'm still modifying about 60% of the time, it's very hard on the cardio. It seems that I can't do the full 25 minutes without stopping from time to time to catch my breath, otherwise my…
