  • Hi , I am in about the same boat as your are with the food thing.I go well for ages, feel really great , plenty of energy then for no given reason start eating little bits of biscuits cakes etc , that would be fine but I continue on to more and more.I guess its binge eating.I can't figure out why I do this to myself…
  • Hi, I was told if you don't eat your net allowence your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to the weight.I found as soon as I started to come closer to the amount I lost more weight but we are all indivduals so I guess we all react in a different way.I hope all goes well for you which ever way you do it.…

  • Hi, I was the same with breakfast so now I make a smoothie night before to take with me in the morning.so many different things you can put in a smoothie, smile "not full cream ice cream".
  • Thats great work, I know how hard it is, I did a session today with a trainer, I was drenched from head to toe with sweat.While I feel like I am dieing, Bec my trainer keeps saying, just think how good your going to look, how great you will feel....lol..can't repeat what I am thinking at the time, to rude.You keep at .
