You have likely lost a great deal of water weight. That will taper off and you will continue to see steady but smaller loss if you eat in a defecit. If keto helps you eat in a defecit that is great. Keto for life sounds horrible to me but I love my pasta and bread. Good luck to you.

If the cut off time is 15 minutes per mile and you are already doing 2-3 miles on a treadmill multiple times a week, you should be able to do it. Congratulations on your weight loss. You lost weight because the fasting led to you eating in a defecit. Eating in a defecit is what results in weight loss. Dr. Jason Fung is not someone that is highly respected in the scientific field.

One option if you are not concerned about the heart rate function is to tuck it into your pocket/waistband or wear it on your shoe. The fitbit will pick up your steps but not your arm movements.
