It was the most beautiful scenery. This was definitely a highlight of my trip. Well, meeting Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish were bigger highlights but as far as trips go...the train is top five.

Not in one week. That's not how it works.

I am assuming you mean .5 kg a week. Half a kilometer is a lot of centimeters off the waist. You are losing at a perfectly normal rate. If you're not using a scale, you have very likely been eating more calories than you think you were. That's ok - you're losing at a sustainable rate.

You could be causing yourself more problems by consistently eating too little. 1500 calories is the minimum a male should eat to get the amount of nutrition they need for general health. Based on your stats, you could eat 1700 and still lose weight. Try eating more calorie dense, nutritious foods to up your calorie count.…

With a large amount of weight to lose, eating in any kind of a deficit will help you. If you want a true picture of how many calories the foods you are eating have, a scale is valuable. My favorite example is the "Spot the Difference" pictures you can find online. This one is a good example of how an estimated healthy meal…

It's not an exact science so you have to log it, use the calories and…

Sorry everyone for being the weak link last week. I work for a power utility. I was traveling for work then we had an ice storm that resulted in restoration efforts. I worked 17/7 shifts with take out for meals three days. I fear the damage I did over the storm will carry over and I may be the next person eliminated.

Ok, that makes more sense! I thought it was something input manually.

The summary information at the far right of the spreadsheet for Nikkibriane is incorrect. Thought you should know to keep things honest.

Down .4 - not a huge loss but still a loss.

High quality work out pants are important to me as are good sports bras, shirts not so much. I don't care about cute but I do care about functional. I am tall and have a long torso. Badly fitting leggings gap on my bum and cause chafing at the leg seams during runs and don't get me started on see through pants. Eddie Bauer…

Do we only get credit for exercise if we do the videos provided or can we continue our gym workouts?
