if you do blended shakes or smoothies, you can put a spoonful (or half a bag if you get the individually packaged) of original oatmeal or even flavored if you want a little sweetness going on... and blend it all up. It might sound gross but i can barely tell its in the shake when i do it!

Dont be so hard on yourself.... It takes a while and few mistakes to get in the swing of things, i was, and still am, battling the same thing. plus, its only failure when you give up... keep up the effort and you'll get where you want to be.

HI! I am 5'3", 160 lbs and have an apple body type. I am looking to get down to 140 lbs (as an initial goal but wanting to eventually get to 130). I could use all the support and encouragement and can give the same in return.
