I have in the past taken a B-complex vitamin supplement, and that seemed to help a little bit. They kind of make you gag though, because they have that very vitamin-y smell and taste to them. Good luck!

I have tried working out in the morning, but I find that my workouts aren't as good.... I get up at 4:30am as it is, and getting up any earlier is just too much for me. I work out right after work before doing anything else. That seems to work ok for me. I get a more productive workout from it.

If you keep on top of eating your healthy snacks so that you don't get so hungry, it helps. I also have had a disappointing week. I don't know what the deal is...I have been working out and burning about 550 calories per workout. I am having some problems with eating all of my calories though, so maybe that's my problem. SW: 150 CW:152 We'll all do better next week - I can feel it!!!

When I first started doing Taebo, I had a hard time as well. Now I'm addicted! I sometimes do 2-hour long workouts in a row. Keep up the good work, you'll get there in no time :smile:
