So I put on the Tae Bo Cardio DVD for the first time today....it's 45 minutes long, and I turned it off after 20 minutes of it - that workout is INTENSE!!!

Kudos to those of you who can get through it! I am going to try to add a few minutes to my stamina of that DVD every day and hopefully soon be able to get through the whole workout!

Does anyone know how many calories Tae Bo is supposed to burn so I can add it to my exercises for today?

Thanks!!

I do Tae Bo nearly everyday but it took me a while before I could ever finish the full 45 minutes. It does kick you butt! I usually enter it under kick boxing which burns about the same amount of calories!

kitty..I use the website http://fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp to track my Tae Bo calories.
  • When I first started doing Taebo, I had a hard time as well. Now I'm addicted! I sometimes do 2-hour long workouts in a row.
Keep up the good work, you'll get there in no time

If you ever see a Billy Blanks taebo flex video, pick it up. It's less impact, so you learn the moves before you speed it up and it focuses more on flexing and balance. It's just a good introduction to taebo.
