Squats and Deadlifts. Do those for 3 months, you will be surprised with how good the results are.

Hey everyone, new to the bay area, live in the Peninsula. Been living in RWC for a year, moved out here from NYC.

One thing I do is i try and get foods that have a high amount of fiber. Less calories while being more macro dense and foods high in fiber are more filling.
