I would like to loose maybe 60-70lbs and I'm am struggling very hard with doing that. I added you so we can motivate each other along our journey. I need constant motivation daily. :-)

I'm really bad at night aswell so I'm trying replace junk foods with healthier snacks. Thanks for the reference. I will definitely try the almonds!

@Allison I think you're right. I could possibly be bored. I find other hobbies that I can do but they never last long and food is always in the back of my mind.. I think I'm the kind of person that eats whatever is in front of them.. I need to get rid of all of this junk food in the kitchen and I'm sure thatll mostly help…

You can definitely do this! It's all about the mind and how much you want to do it and motivate yourself. I'm here for you whenever you feel down and keep your head up! Set small goals for yourself aswell. I'm sure your sons will love to have you around longer and they will! Good Luck :-)
