Me too! I just got everything set back up and I'm super excited to get things done! I'll send you a friend request if you want to be buddies. Best of luck on your new journey!

Wow that really is no bueno! I hope you aren't in too much pain! I think you may need to buy yourself a really good juicer. There are all kinds of recipes online. Best wishes!

Hey! I'm from the Benton/Bryant area. Nice to see someone close to me as opposed to, say, the UK!

Hey mfp! Feel free to add me, I check in a few times a day and am pretty good at logging. I just reached onederland, I've been 18 years out! I participate in dietbet.com for extra motivation. I'm 40(shhhh) 3 boyz-18,16,2(yup a two year old!) and looking to lose 50 more pounds.

I gave up fast food first, I was shocked at the amount of calories I save (and money) just by cooking at home. I usually cook the night before for the next day so I don't come home from work too tired to cook. It takes the temptation out of the drive-thru.

Mexican beef for spinach wraps. A little sweet, a lot spicy. A pulled beef version like BBQ, but the flavors taste yummy!

You look fabulous! Did your weightloss journey begin before you started lifting? Or did your transformation happen in 7 months? I have a bad back and am not able to walk much without pain, but would like to strength my back muscles to see if that will help me with the pain. I do light hand weights currently, but would love…

Hey! Welcome back! I'm a redoer too... I have been really good about logging in this time and find that it helps me stay on track, not to mention the motivation is great! I try to eat clean but fail miserably sometimes. And I hate exercise, so I do things like play at the playground with my son and ride bike, cleaning the…

Wow you can completely see your progress! Way to go!

I know when I cheat, like mcdonalds I had for lunch, I shouldn't eat it. By the time I made it back to work to dive into my Big Mac I made myself nauseous thinking about all the fat and calories I was going to consume! I are like 3 bites and trashed the rest. When I do cheat or eat something I shouldn't, I make sure I…

I have a almost 2 y/o and I am horrible about getting up early or going to bed late. I work from 8-6 M-F at a desk job. I come home cook, eat, then we go for a walk every night and have outside play. So I completely get what your saying! My solution to lifting weights is using things in the kitchen when I cook(milk jug,…

Hi! I started eating "paleo-like" about a month ago. I went full blown for the first 10 days, but started getting migraines from low blood sugar. I added dairy back, but only one serving a day mostly at night. My biggest problem is protein, never been a meat eater. Pretty much just eat chicken, a little red meat here n…

Way to go! You have incredible determination!

Very good advice ^^^^^! I also have many back issues and can't walk very long, but the elliptical and bike riding are pain free.

I started my journey needing to lose 100+. I have managed to lose 50 of that, although I took almost two years! Now I have to refocus and start again. For me small goals, like ten pounds at a time, work best! A cheat meal every so often helps keep the salad blahs away. I too need additional support, please accept my friend…

I always thought I was a carb craver, but when it came down to it and I started logging what I ate, I realized it was mainly sugar. Cereal being my #1 addiction. Sugary yummy any kind! I always called it carbs but when you add more sugar to frosted flakes cause they aren't sweet enough, call it was it really is. Sometimes…

Please add me! Im almost too embarrassed to add people I actually know! I'm not new to MFP, but I am renewing my dedication to losing my excess weight. I'm a single mom of three boyz: 18,16 and now a 20 month old. I have lost about 50 pounds since my baby was born. I was losing about 1-2 pounds a week then hit a plateau,…
