Ha its def not a joke, I mean it was hard at first but I just dont even feel hungry anymore. Some days I go over 1200 and some days I don't. AHHH, burn 1750 cals a day does that include the amount your body already burns (sleeping etc) or like I have to burn that much through exercise?
