I like your way of thinking! You def motivate me in doing this...I can try and see how it goes...If I feel like 1200 is too little calories I can add more (Knowning that will take me longer) but yes....Now it comes the summer and I like my ice cold beer and stuff...but with moderation I guess is possible...don´t you think?

What do you mean by Skinny fat? And yes you seem to get the problem here...when I see that I am doing my best to shed those kilos and doing my best and after two weeks I don´t see any results...I get angry and I feel miserable and I always decide to eat something naughty to calm my anger (Wrong I know) Exercise...yes…

It will take me nine weeks to lose 5 kilos while I am eating 1200kcals? That is a looong time! :(

I Am 60 kilos... Height 162 cm...according to MFP I will have to stick to 1200 kcals If I want to loose those 5 kilos (11pounds/Nearly one stone)

I find it very hard to be counting calories all the time and it could be a bit misleading sometimes too....but Yes I guess I need to find some balance here....how long will it take you to shed 5 kilos if you eat 1200 kcal and go for walks (Light exercise)
