  • It certainly is a pain to clean unless you place foil under and over your meat then when done toss the foil. Absolutely no washing required.
  • For me I found that for the first 3 days of being on MFP all I wanted to do was eat. I primarily did 2 things that helped me while eating the calories that were my goal for the day. I cut down on carbs but not significantly below what it said I could have and increased my protein slightly above what it said for my plan but…
  • Either way works. Just be consistant with what you choose to do. I have a similar day exactly like yours and I log from time I get up to when I go to bed for the night. I just got through logging my last snack and it's midnight. I put it on Friday. Don't sweat the small stuff!
  • I love my Vita-Mix and use it daily. I think it is worth every penny that I payed.
  • My new favorite treat is Greek Yogurt sprinkled with very little Cystral Lite Lemonaide. Other flavors or brands work well too. Tastes sort of like lemon pie filling.
  • Thanks for your inspirational post. I just started today at about the same weight that you were at when you began and similar health issues. Your progress gives me hope that I too can be successful at losing those extra pounds.
