I drink a diet V8 energy. They worked best for me.

I chose a regular pedometer since fitbits are pricey and seemed to not be too different. I love the pedometer and has been helping a lot in motivation and making me aware of how active and inactive I have been.

You aren't alone. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor.

It's amazing how much of a difference it did on your face! Congrats!

I have a lot more stamina at my fast paced job. I used to get exhausted at a six hour shift and now I can bust a ten hour shift like it's nothing. Also my sex drive went from nonexistent to what it was like my teenage years. Loving it!

I usually don't reply to these but my first thought was "wow she is so hot I wish I was her size!!" then I looked and realized we were the same weight/shape. And it made me feel a lot prettier because you're so gorgeous and wow.

I had an interesting conversation with my male coworkers about how the ONLY time people actually stare at the gym is when they find that person very attractive. So if people are staring it's because they think your butt is cute. :P

I found this to be my biggest obstacle is working for a catering company and constantly being around free delicious food. So many weeks of plateauing was due to this. These are some things I had to do. 1. Estimate how many calories on average the meals and snacks at work are. I found a day at work is usually 1000 calories…

ooo this sounds wonderful! I would love to be in Ravenclaw.

I had this problem when I first started running. It turned out to be because of low levels of potassium so I just eat a banana before a workout. My pain disappeared the first day I started doing that.

I try to buy low calorie things at the grocery store for each craving I have. For example: instead of cakes and ice cream, I will get those applesauce pouches for my sweet tooth cravings.

Alone. I found all the people who decide they want to tag along with me will want to stop way before I do and it makes me feel bad for ditching them to work out more. I much rather go at my pace instead of worrying about them catching up.

Your response kind of makes me realize that it is sort of insane to feel so emotional over a messed up scale. I suppose I generalized the anxiety specifically to my weight loss when in reality I am just very emotional when I find traces of her still in the apartment. Like one of her favorite things to do was put glass in…

Setbacks happen. I lost thirty pounds but then circumstances made me not able to check my diet and I gained most of it back. I learned the best way to recover is to focus on one small step a day. Then eventually you'll be back on track.

My best advice is to just go do activities and join groups for things you're passionate about. I actually met my current fella at a LARP, but we both enjoyed being complete dorks so it worked out well. Also, friends are a great asset to have. They can be a sort of wingman or they might know someone single that would be…

Are they cramping? Recently I was having similar problems when walking. My brother, who's a doctor, suggested I eat a banana daily or every other day. I've been eating them daily and have been feeling no more cramps in my calves. It's much healthier and less dangerous on your heart than taking potassium supplements.

I love those fruit squeezes. It's perfect at my workplace because I'm always on the go and it's a perfect snack boost without the insane calories.

I'm so proud of you! I wondered how you did. :)

Hey! And no you aren't out of luck! I've struggled with depression for years and just recently came out of years of an abusive relationship. If I can do it, you can too. My therapist reminded me that scientifically feelings of motivation only comes after we've done something. So if you wait for motivation to come then you…

Thanks! I'll try to get some supplements for that and see how that goes.

Hey! First off I want to say that you are so brave and strong to go through every day with depression. I have it myself and the past six months it caused me to gain most of my weight loss. Now I'm getting back on track. The thing is to not beat yourself up about it. Also, my therapist told me about how psychologically…

I'm feeling the same way, so I'm going to binge on celery instead and hopefully fill myself so I won't even think about other food. :P

This happened to me all the time. Then one day I just turned and calmly asked them why they did it. They didn't have an answer and they never did it again. They actually seemed to feel really horrible about what they did and started to be super nice to me.

That's such a great feeling! You're doing great and we're all so proud of you!

Grew up in Monticello and currently live in Richmond.

Thanks for your input! It helped me decide that maybe I should make it a reward for getting out of the 200s. It doesn't hurt to wait on a tattoo.

I'm so proud of you! Congrats!

Like a whole different person! What a cutie!

Drink water and keep yourself busy to keep your mind off the hunger pains.

I grew up there! But I'm not there now. :( Good luck though!
