What a *kitten*! Ignore that divvy, and do what you need to do to kickstart yourself. Don't let people put you down. And atleast you recognise where you went wrong last time! Good luck :))

Haha!! Brilliant ;) I never had a c section but I was left with very saggy skin on my belly, I had a tummy tuck in Poland to get rid as there was no way the skin on my belly was gonna shrink! 7lb of skin was removed.... thats like another baby! Lol

Great stuff thanks I will search them, I actually have some random stuff laying around like a kettle bell and some strap on weight things and my bf has a weight bench I will get him to show me how that contraption works, I only tend to run and dance at the moment.

I personally have the f4 (in pink! lol) and I think its really great! Tracks my calories burned and lets me know if I'm slacking or pushing too hard and not in the zone, the chest strap is also extremely comfortable I forget I'm wearing it, many times I've spent the day at uni with it on and forgot I have it on until I go…

I will try those thanks! :)

I also have pcos, I was 13st 6, 8 years ago (im 5ft 2!) I find as long as I be honest and track what I eat (and drink) and dont go above 1200cals no matter what foods I eat, I lose weight and working out obviously helps my body and mood in general.I am not an expert but I feel even with most medical conditions (not all)…

5ft 2 here and aiming for 130lb :)

If you have the money spare a polar f4 is a brill way to track calories burnt.

I would say this is okay as like a naughty treat day, if you like pizza rolls have pizzs rolls, but you need more veg and fruit and protein. I am not an expert at this stuff but if you have that everyday its like empty food, your body regenerates cells from what you eat, so give it some good stuff :)

Try to think positive, just think about the loss that will show once the evil water weight has buggered off!

I have a polar f4 and a fitbit flex. I love them both! However polar f4 is my favourite I just love the fact it tells me when im in the zone or not pushing hard enough/pushing too hard and how many cals I've burnt. The fitbit is great because it tracks my day to day health and also my sleep patterns. I enjoy getting…
