  • I'm going to let Mrs. Canmore fill you in on the details because I'm in the hospital now and and am not feeling up to typing out a long post. I've been in the hospital since Saturday and will be stuck here for another 5 days or so. If possible, it would be best for both me and the team to step down and let someone else…
  • Hi guys, Sorry I've been lying low for the past while. I had a blast in England but I ended up getting sick on the plane ride back.
  • My exercise minutes were well deserved today. I went hiking in the English mores. It was absolutely beautiful but somehow everything seemed to be uphill. According to my Fitbit, I did 113 flights of stairs . We just don't get hills like that on the prairie. Lol
  • Hi guys. My Internet connection is really weak and I can't get the spreadsheet to open. Could someone please add 174 minutes for me today. I wish I could get the videos to load. I could use a foot massage right now.
  • Since my sister, @Mrscanmore will never believe that I ate octopus otherwise... We ate at a love Greek restaurant along the Thames River.
  • I have had a wonderfully long day and am feeling like I walked from 1 end of London to the other. I haven't had a chance to do the video challenges. The wifi in our hotel is a little sketchy but hopefully I can get some of it done tomorrow morning. Being that I'm in a different country and am a very picky eater, the food…
  • I'm on my way to England. I should have no problem getting my exercise minutes in because I'm going to be dragged around by my daughter for the next couple of weeks. I also think the food challenge will be interesting. I can't stand fish but I'm definitely going to try some English style fish and chips.
  • Thank goodness that I got my challenges done early. I'm heading out for a birthday supper tonight so I'm pretty sure that I won't be under my calorie count today. I should be able to get the challenges done next week BUT I'm on holidays and am flying to England to spend some time with my daughter tomorrow. Hopefully our…
  • I am having some issues with the spread sheet. I have been trying to change my exercise minutes from 15 minutes yesterday to 62 but I haven't been able to delete my original 15 minutes. If anyone can change that for me, I'd really appreciate it. For awhile I had 1562 minutes logged in for yesterday. I'm glad I was able to…
  • Hi all. I just got back from an out of town appointment and am chomping at the bit to get onto the treadmill but before I do, I'd like to introduce myself. 1. Name: Jackie 2. Favourite form of exercise: Walking. I really enjoy taking my dogs for walks on the trails near my place BUT in the winter, I do my walking on the…
  • I'm so excited to be leaving from London. My daughter's living in England right now so I'm flying to London next month to see her. Good luck on the race everyone.
  • So glad to be starting again. Good luck team 5.
  • @MissionEnforcer
  • I decided to do the Climb to the Count stair challenge because with being sick this week, I was able to keep track of my stairs and pick away at it all week. Glad I decided to do it that way. I'm feeling better today and was able to finish the challenges without too much difficulty. I hope everyone is having a nice…
  • Sorry I've been away for so long. I have had the worst flu ever and have been sick for over a week. I was hoping to finish this challenge off strong. I'm still doing what I can but I'm hoping to feel good enough tomorrow to knock out the first 2 challenges. Challenge 3: 8 Lifestyle Choices 1. Water - I'm going to continue…
  • My legs are a little bit sore right now BUT I am almost 2/3 done the stair challenge. I've been aiming for 500 stairs a day so I'm already up to 1000. I've just finished the 4 videos. I liked the first one best so I'm going to do it a second time tomorrow. I really enjoyed reading everyone's thankful posts.
  • There is no Turkey Trot where I live but I will do my own 10 km on the treadmill this week. I haven't had a chance to try out the videos yet but I do have my alarm set a half hour early tomorrow so I will try them out. I am also thankful for my family. I have 2 grown kids who although they live far away (1 is in England…
  • I finished my 4 mile hike today. It was a nice day but it's getting colder here. I've done 4 dance videos so far and I've completed 2/5 days for challenge 3. I have to work a bingo tonight and am going to be running back and forth selling tickets (people always seem to wait until Im at the other end of the hall to decide…
  • I'm so glad for the outdoor challenge this week. I've got beautiful trails near my house that I haven't taken advantage of in ages. Today I took a 4.5 km (2.81 mile) walk with my dogs. It was so nice that I've convinced a friend to join me and am going to go for a nice long walk again after school tomorrow.
  • Just a quick check in to say that I've completed the challenges. I completed challenge 1 and 3 yesterday and today I completed challenge 2: the arm videos. I did the quick burn twice and the arm video with weights once. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. :-)
  • Hi Challenge #1 30/30 minutes skipping done. That was harder than I though it would be. Challenge #3 done and recorded. I'm now working to finish challenge # 2. Stay strong Fab 5s. :-)

  • Well it was down to the wire but I'm feeling a bit better and I got my challenges done. I didn't do a ton of exercise today but considering that I've been laid up on the couch for 3 days, 30 minutes on the treadmill will have to do.
  • Well I've been sick with the flu since Tuesday so my exercise minutes have gone down the tube this week. On a plus note though, staying under my calorie goal has been an easy challenge for me this week because I have no appetite. Lol I will also knock off the other 2 challenges but I am taking things slowly so I won't get…
  • Well my legs are sore but I've finished the first 2 challenges and am on track to complete challenge # 3 on Friday. I especially liked doing the videos. My daughter (who's a big Rocky Horror fan) would have been so proud to see me rock the Time Warp :-). I did 20 flights of stairs a day for the past 3 days for a grand…
  • I am so excited about the videos this week. I did the Calling All Monsters and the Monster Mash videos with my grade 3 class this morning. I'm going to have them do the Transylvania Twist and the Thriller video tomorrow...So much fun. Welcome @biketheworld It's great having you on our team.
  • @2016summerfun I had trouble with the spreadsheet this morning and never recorded my weight loss until after work. I lost 1.2 lbs this week. :-)
  • Challenge # 1: I have friended all teammates. @MissionEnforcer I introduced myself on Monday but never had a chance to tell you about where I live. I live in St. Walburg, Saskatchewan. It is a small town of about 800 people. Our main industries are oil and farming. I had never lived in a small town until I moved into the…
