I love my BP coffee. I've opted out of butter and just use coconut oil. I've noticed that my weight loss has slowed down. I'm wondering if BP coffee isn't the culprit. MCT's are not stored and are burned immediately for energy. I think it's causing my body to not burn the stored fat for energy. Thinking about cutting back…

I visit family in Italy during the summers and pizza is truly my guilty pleasure also. I was happy to find that 3 slices of pizza from Brixx pizza was just under 400 calories. They also have gluten free pizza dough and a great selection of pies that aren't chock-full of fatty meats (which is by far my favorite pizza!!)

3 day diet worked for me. The first cycle (3 days) I lost 8 pounds then was off for 4 days and ate sensible meals. The 2nd cycle I lost 7 pounds more. I am going to continue this diet for 30 days just to see if I can lose 25 lbs.
