I sure wouldn't trust your watch. My apple watch would count my knitting/crochet as steps lol (not to mention that I had to charge it every night). I got rid of it and bought a cheap smart watch that seems to work way better and lasts for days.

If you lose too fast, it won't last....just saying. You look like a small person like me. I can only afford to lose about .5 lbs a week otherwise my calorie deficit is too large and becomes unhealthy. Just keep at it. If youre losing, it's working. There’s a lot of great advice here. You could get a scale that tracks water, body fat, BMI and all that for about $20-30. Also take measurements and pics too. The numbers on the scale isn’t the only indicator that you’ve lost weight.

What everyone else said. And yes, you’re right. It is very realistic to lose weight without exercise. If you feel like you’re starving try eating more low calorie high density foods (veggies, whole fruits, protein, etc) to help satisfy your hunger.
