Introduction

Hi friends,
I am Sairamsekhar age 58.Started
“Get healthy and lose weight” campaign in aug 2017. Was weighing 129 kgs, now I weigh 108 kgs, goal is to get to 80 before I turn 60.
At the moment I have 2 meals a day 10am and 5 pm. I do yoga for 90 mins in the morning and have started walking for 40 mins at night. This exercise regime I am doing from April 1st. Before that I was walking for an hour about 6.4 km.
Before lockdown in 2020 March, I was doing 3 days yoga for 60 mins and 3 days of walking / callisthenics for 60 mins.
