I want to lose more weight

Hi everyone. I have been trying to lose some weight thankfully I have lose up to ten kg which am grateful. But my problem is I always gain the weight back easily. And I want to no what I can be taking like tea and exercise to keep the body on track. I don't no if anyone have an advice for. Thanks

    Welcome to MFP! I always gain it back easily too...basically because I love food and get lax and gain all the weight back. I wish you the best of luck! I don't know if there are any teas that will help, but just getting your body moving is a vast improvement and will help you to lose the weight. I walk and run and plan to start lifting at the gym next week. Find what you love to do and do it (I love to run, some people like to play sports, etc).

    The best way to manage your weight is to manage your diet, even when you're not actively trying to lose weight. There aren't any shortcuts; anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. If baseline habits is what led to being overweight in the first place, returning to those habits following losing weight and expecting to not regain weight just doesn't make any sense. Long term success is going to require long term lifestyle adjustments.
