Thanks everyone! I will definitely try out white tape (thanks @hookilau) and maybe grab some KT tape and test out the difference. I'm sure, like anything, it works well for some and not others!

Do you wear orthotics? They would likely be helpful in correcting your stance and possibly alleviate muscle strain while working out. I do have a decent pair of running shoes I just bought, but wasn't fitted at a running store since I have orthotics but maybe I should look into that. @DavidHusky that's good to know! I twist my ankles all the time - although haven't running yet which is why I'm concerned over this foot pain.

I used to get headaches after working out as well. However, I just went for my first run tonight in a long time, I slowed down to an average pace of 6km/hour for 36 minutes (ran about 4km). I definitely focused on keeping a reasonable pace and my breathing - I believe that's what was causing my headaches. Especially not…
