I exercise first thing every day to make sure it happens. For all of my teaching career ( and stay at home mommy years) that meant getting out the door usually by 5 am during the week. I find that I enjoy exercise early in the day but it becomes a chore if I put it off. Pass day ( but I walked 10 miles)

@WhatMeRunning Plantar fasciitis is a bear if you don’t deal with it right away. Calf stretches are crucial. Also NatureMade turmeric definitely helps bring down the inflammation.
