I think we must quit on bottled oil. If you can find a small oil mill and get yout own oils, then you can use 10gms of oil/ghee per day

I was on it and believe me as a vegetarian I could not use WW to loose weight. Just wasted a lot of money. Here I can go on different diets and check my macros and I started looking weight. Of course we need to workout and create calorie deficit. So I was on the wagon...But I jumped off.

As an Ayurveda practitioner, I would advise you to add spices and Ayurvedic Ghee (1 tsp a day). It will help you with your satiety point.

I have quit sugar, but got leeched out to savoury crunchy Indian snacks. Seems like I am my best sabotage agent. You have still lost 60 lbs I wish I could do that☺

Hi Robin, I have started using Tofu and I marinate it in the mix of Yogurt and milk with a few indian spices. It tastes kind of like paneer. For the fat involved in it I try to use very little oil or butter etc, and add water or buttermilk to get the taste and consistency. I do not use any nut powder instead i use rice…

Even if you do not exercise initially, but please get used to exercising as desk jobs will give you much endorphins as you grow older. You are young and it only takes 6 weeks to get to like serious exercising. join a walking, running, or hiking, biking group...they are all fun and motivating.
