Has anyone tried Jillian's Yoga Meltdown? Did it work for you? Did you like it?

I have been doing Yoga for over 35 years. But to all the fad Yoga I would recommend, find a traditional Yoga teacher.

I did yoga meltdown a couple of times and it is an intense workout. It is 35 min with yoga moves only intensified and lots of planks. I liked the workout, but phew!

I just finished trying JM's Yoga Meltdown and I like it better than the 30 Day Shred. I didn't get bored and feel like it was a great workout! Loved it!

Thanks for the reviews! I sprained my knee last week so I need to stay away from higher impact cardio. Do you think it would be feasible with a knee brace on? It was the first thing I thought of that might be low impact enough, but also actually effective.
