Am I the only one who thinks it odd that her bmr is 1574 and her tdee is 2439. But only burns 300-400 cals at the gym?? Whats accounting for the other 500 odd cals?

I eat about 200 cals under my bmr. Because I have an office job my activity level is set at sedentary. I log my exercise using a hrm for accuracy and eat back my exercise calories. I am and have been consistantly losing about 1lb a week. Approx bmr 1850 Approx tdee 1950 Daily calorie limit 1650

I haven't had a drink in ages. Don't miss it really. It triggers snacking for me. The payoff? Getting to the weight I want to be and looking and feeling great :) If you have to drink, log it and then work it off the next day. Simples!

You need to place it just below the chest, you need the belt on as that picks up your hr. In fact on some gym machines, they will read your belt, so sometimes its the watch you don't need

I talk about mfp and how I'm losing weight at work, no big deal. I've tried to get a couple of friends to try it out. There is a colleague at work that uses weight watchers and is obsessed with carbs (smh) no matter how much I explain that carbs are not bad, she won't have it. I would argue with her but I can't be bothered.

my pm said to me that weight loss is 70% diet control, 30% exercise. That prompted me to join this website. I don't exercise to lose weight, thats what maintaining a calorie deficit is for. I exercise for good health. And its going pretty well so far :)

Do you have access to paperclippings? or anything like that, that you can collect? If so then fill her handbag up with the clippings before she goes out. Or the other classic is to stick a sticky label on her back that says something like 'kick me' as you give her a hug before she goes out.
