D8 L1 done! The shoulder raises still kill my arms, but I am so ready to move on to Level 2. Doing the same exercise over and over get a little tedious!

D7 L1 complete! I tried to do it last night, but I just felt sick and didn't really feel like throwing up on my living room floor. I can't wait to get to level2, I'm getting bored with level 1! Ok, didn't post the last couple days but I did complete days 5 & 6! I took a rest day on Sunday, then felt sick on Monday. So I did Day 6 today and couldn't believe how much easier some of the exercises were for me! I think the rest day (or two) really helped. I hardly had to stop and take a breather and did most of the…

Day 4&5 Feeling pretty good. Some things in the workout seem a lot easier, but those squat press and side lunge/shoulder raise moves KILL my arms! I try to go for as long as I can or at least lung, then lung and raise so I am only raising my shoulders every other move. I really want to be able to do the arms workouts all…

D3 L1 I had a bad headache today after waking up and just felt like complete crap. But, I made myself suck it up and I completed day 3. I was so proud of myself! I'm ready for Day 30 to be over so I can see my before and after pics!!!

Today (9/21) was D2 L1 for me. First day i couldn't do the jump rope all the way through, but the second day I made myself jump the whole dang time. Those kill my legs!!! Hoping tomorrow is a success as well!

I had a friend who said she gained 3 lbs the first week she did it so she gave up. Not sure what causes it, but I think if you stick with it then it will be worth it in the end!

I am currently 165. The lowest I have been was 140 and that was great! I would be very happy with that again, even happier with 125-130! :)
