Welcome! Congrats on taking your first step. I keep trying to take my first step. I also have anxiety, depression, and Bipolar. The meds they have put me on has made me gain 30 pounds in two months and that has made my anxiety worse!!! I sent you a friend request. Good luck!

You guys are doing so good with the water! Me....not so much. :( I have been running around doing so many errands and once the water bottle is gone I don't even think about it. I am going to kick my butt in gear though. After all, I am the one who made the challenge, lol!!!

Love all the people joining! Hope you guys enjoy the water challenge. I have to say, I was so busy today and now I have a whole lot of water to drink. I have almost 110oz to drink daily. I have only had 16oz so far. OMG!

Alright everybody, I have our first challenge! I am going to write it in all caps so it stands out! 1st challenge: DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN WATER ALL WEEK! This is supposed to be the amount over water a person should drink. Example: If you weigh 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water!!! Sound good????…

I agree with trying to skip the traditional breakfast foods. Sometimes my fav breakfast is a hamburger patty with ketchup, lol. If the bars seem to work for you, try a Luna bar...they are pretty tasty and satisfying.
