Off track, need to get back on
I have been off track for 1-2 weeks, minus a few good days. I am pretty sure I am back to my starting weight, if not more. I will weigh tomorrow morning and update my ticker. I am getting so many ideas off here, but how do you guys keep track of them so you don't have to go searching through the post again? I don't always want to write down long recipes as I am browsing... Any ideas?

HELP with movie snacks???
Hubby wants to take me to dinner and a movie tomorrow. Dinner is Subway, which is healthy. However, I HAVE to snack at the movies, I just have to. Please share some "homemade" snacks that I can shove in my purse and take with me???
