Thanks for the recipe It sounds Yummy Instead of the seasoning can you just use Garlic Powder? Thanks I will have to do that I know I binge eat bad and half the time I dont even realize I am doing it till its already gone and then I stop and think why in the world did I just eat that I wasnt even hungry I know it will get better Just frustrating and it doesnt help that I dont have no patiences either :smile:
