Know what I started doing? Learning what portion control is. If it states 1/2 cup for 3 carbs and 110 calories, that's what I eat. I also make my plate smaller and it is rare I go back for seconds unless it is veggies....
You burn themn a lot faster.
Also, watch your sugar intake on all foods, they make you crave more, especially when you are home from work and have nothig to do but veg for the evening.0 -
I am a major binge eater, especially at night...and it's usually worse when I am tired. I have started going to bed earlier and it has helped me tremendously. My caloric intake has been easier to keep at my target level and I have more energy.
Don't beat yourself up...just keep trying.:happy:0 -

I know the struggle, and am learning to measure portion sizes, and eat plenty of veggies lower in calories , and fruit. I find that the days I don't exercise, which is usually going for walks. I tend to go over my calories and when I exercise those extra calories help me to stay under better.0
