  • If you can't do without your coffee try using it to make your morning protein shake. Use vanilla bean protein powder and almond milk. It is yummy!! If you just want coffee use stevia and almond milk. The coffee creamers are horrible for anyone trying to maintain healthy lifestyle! They just don't fit into them!!

  • Have one Vodka tonic with lime. Make it diet tonic. It has about 70 kcals in it and about 16g of carbs. It is lots of carbs but is a better alternative than binge eating or drinking.   • I do spin at my gym and it is also to the beat of music. Didn't know there was a different kind but could not take hour of that intense workout without music!! WOW!!
