I don't cloud cleaning unless it is one of those times I am on my hands and knees scrubbing or deep cleaning. I count yardwork because it does work up a sweat.

I like Planet Fitness. I have heard the "lunk" alarm almost daily, but it is always because someone dropped the weights. But my location is full of muscle heads.

I was thinking about getting of those "barefoot" shoes for running because my feet have a tendency to hurt while running too and the only time I remember them not hurting was when I took off my shoes for a run a few days. Felt awesome until I stepped on a thorn

I'm flat footed as well. I can't do zumba without foot pain wearing shoes. I just take them off and it feels much better.

bombshellcert, we are almost exactly the same size.. I'm 5' 1 1/2" 150lbs, bust 38, waist 28, hips 39 trying to get to 120lbs and i am 37 yrs old. I want to tone up as well, I do not want to be a sift 120 but a firm 120 I run about 4 miles 3x per week and strength train the other

they lose weight by mindful/ intuitive eating. Just stopping when satisfied and not full. Not striving for full just not hungry. Do that and you'll eat less, just naturally. I'm just too obsessive to eat without logging it

Since I have not read the rest of this topic. This is directly to the OP. To the OP, maybe you can try out dreads with some yarn braids. You can also leave the braids in until hair locks and gets to your desired length. I don't know if you are black or white. That method may work better if you are black with kinky natural…

I started running last year. I would love to have new runner friends (or people who understand my obsession). Still a newbie. and super slow. But I run 3 times per week at least 3 miles most of the runs.
