Hey Now! It's works for me too. I kid you not, once I started using it, the results I swear by it. Of course I still eat and exercise hardcore but this really helped give my belly a boost in fat loss. Sorry, for some reason the other photo won't go smaller!

A pound is a pound. fat is fluffier and so it appears to be bigger and muscle is more compact and lean but make no mistake that it doesn't weigh more. You can gain up to 10 lbs of muscle in a year; Up To 10 lbs. Just eat clean, drink plenty of water, and get some cardio/resistance training in. Stay consistent and good luck

I had 1 eggs and 2egg whites, fat free kraft cheese, baby spinach, and grapefruit juice w/teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. basically a spinach omelet with some grapefruit juice:laugh:

Thanks for watching. At first I just lost 20 lbs with moderation eating and cardio, but the belly fat was still stubborn. Then I met up with a personal trainer/bodybuilder and he talked to me about foods to stay away from and others to lean toward as well as strength training techniques to tighten core and sculpt my body.…

Yes! Stay away from all bread, drinks lots of water, stay away from fatty food, and do every abs exercise you can think of and then as others.
