Are you noticing a change in your body, but not on the scale? Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. It is possible to gain weight, (muscle mass) but lose inches off your body (shrink fat cells). The goal is to be healthy.

You haven't been at it very long, since you just joined this month. That might be why. Also, vary the intensity and duration of your workouts, as well as the types of your workouts, so different muscle groups are being exercised. It may be that your body's gotten used to the workouts you're doing.

Also, be sure to drink water and keep an eye on your sodium levels so that your body doesn't retain water weight.

Difficult to help without seeing your diary (which you have on private setting), but a few things:

    1) Are you being really strict with weighing and measuring? I often under estimate how much I eat if I don;t weigh
    2) Are you over estimating your calorie burn? MFP estimates I find very high for me
    3) How long have you been doing it? Not everyone starts losing lots straight away, give yourself a few weeks before you panic.

The main thing is you started. You are doing your body good by eating better, even if the weight isn't shifting just yet

    Good luck

A pound is a pound. fat is fluffier and so it appears to be bigger and muscle is more compact and lean but make no mistake that it doesn't weigh more. You can gain up to 10 lbs of muscle in a year; Up To 10 lbs. Just eat clean, drink plenty of water, and get some cardio/resistance training in. Stay consistent and good luck

^^^Thank you for clarifying my post. Looking back I realize I did not do a good job of conveying what I was attempting to say.
