Thanks :) I was kinda wanting advice feom people who has been through this as well because my doctor said I should try and gain between 11-20 lbs and I'm already basically there. He hasn't brought it up again but i was just wondering what others thought

Thanks. See im already 213 lbs and I don't want to be to heavy. I started at 235 and lost down to 180 and gained back to 207 and now since being preg Im at 213 :( That's why im afraid to put to much on

Wow. Thanks. You seemed to do very well on all 5. I am craving milk and cheese like crazy. I want cheese on everything and I like milk atleast with 2 of my meals a day :) And my doctor said my baby is sure getting enough calcium lol

Well I know I will gain some and that is fine. I want my baby to be healthy. I just don't want to pack on anymore than the 25-30 lbs that the doctor recommends :) Thanks

Yeah I know not to lose weight. :) But I have been using baby as an excuse to eat whatever and that needs to change. My baby is eating whatever I eat and I need to start off eating better. Thanks :)

That's what im trying to do. I know im not supposed to lose. so i set my goal to 1500 which is 300 more than what I was supposed to but the doctor also said exercise is important if its not over done. so i set my exercising to only 3 days a week for 20 minutes. and I walk everyday at work. But it still has me at losing 1.5…

I'm considered obese too which I can't fathom because it sound so ridiculous when I look in a mirror. My sister weighs 40 pounds less and I'm not much bigger than her. Another 14 lbs and I will be at just overweight lol

Lots of things...hmm Cashews, apples, pears , grated parmesan cheese , tomatoes , eggs, chicken Lots of other things. You can always switch a salad up so it doesn't get boring

Yeah I love that as well. Yeah water is good...It flushes out all that salt in your body so keep trying to aim for more. I went back to Weight watchers because thats the only real diet that has ever worked for me in the past. Dropped 50 lbs with it. So far in just 4 days of being back on the program and doing zumba a few…

Hmmmm...Ill have to give that a shot. Im more watching carbs and sodium now. Im on weight watchers again and doing zumba...so far I have dropped 4.4 lbs....So I think im back in it :D
